1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Ive Outdoor sp. z o.o., Lubiejewska 81, 07-300 Ostrów Mazowiecka, Poland (the owner of the Champions Ladder brand).
In all matters concerning personal data you can contact us at info@championsladder.com.
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you provide to us yourself:
- Contact form: name, country, e-mail address, phone number (optional) and the content of your message.
- Newsletter form: e-mail address.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (OVH) automatically records standard technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request and browser type. We use these logs solely to keep the website secure and running.
3. Why we process your data
- To answer your inquiry sent through the contact form (steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
- To send you the newsletter you signed up for (your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@championsladder.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.
- To maintain the security and proper operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
- Correspondence from the contact form: for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for any related follow-up.
- Newsletter address: until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs: for the period set by our hosting provider.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. Data is processed on servers of our hosting provider, OVH, located in the European Union. Messages sent through the forms are delivered to our company mailbox. We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
6. Cookies and third-party services
This website does not use analytics or advertising trackers and does not set its own tracking cookies.
The contact section embeds Google Maps to show our locations. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Our pages also contain links to our Instagram and YouTube profiles; those services process data under their own policies once you visit them.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it,
- rectify (correct) your data,
- delete your data,
- restrict processing,
- data portability,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- withdraw consent at any time (newsletter),
- lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority - in Poland the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the website gains new features. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
