  • If you would like to connect Champions Ladder with the application on your smartphone before starting to exercise, follow the instructions on the screen.

  • If you want the machine to correctly calculate the number of burnt calories, you need to wear the pulse transmitter. Additionally, you should enter on the screen your gender, weight, and age, or log into your profile, which includes this data.

  • Set your height on the waist belt. 

  • Fasten the belt at the hips - the Champions Ladder logo should be on the outside of the right hip. 

  • Get on the ladder. Accelerate slowly in order to choose the appropriate speed for yourself. 

  • In order to stop the workout, simply stop climbing and get off the machine.
