Safety Tips

  • Always warm up at the lowest speed for at least one minute.

  • During the first workouts on the Champions Ladder, it is best to gradually accelerate your pace in order to understand how the device works.

  • Use opposing movements of your arms and legs (e.g. right hand / left leg - left hand / right leg), or grab the side rails.

  • Never step on more than one rung at a time.

  • Keep your spine relaxed and in a straight line (do not slouch).

  • If you experience dizziness while exercising using your hands, use the side rails and concentrate on training the lower parts of the body.

  • You can work out in training gloves - this is more comfortable for many people.
