
Safety Tips

Always warm up at the lowest speed for at least one minute.

During the first workouts on the Champions Ladder, it is best to gradually accelerate your pace in order to understand how the device works.

Use opposing movements of your arms and legs (e.g. right hand / left leg - left hand / right leg), or grab the side rails.

Never step on more than one rung at a time.

Keep your spine relaxed and in a straight line (do not slouch).

If you experience dizziness while exercising using your hands, use the side rails and concentrate on training the lower parts of the body.

You can work out in training gloves - this is more comfortable for many people.
